~Very, Very Nice Condition: Very little signs of wear, removed department store tag, very gently used
Customer service & return policy: We will only offer refunds on items that are not "as described" in the listing, otherwise all sales are final. In the event of a requested return, contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving shipment to initiate process (item must be shipped via original carrier, fully insured, and in the original condition received). If a refund is in order, a 100% refund, plus shipping fees, will be made within 5 days of receipt. Due to risk of theft and "gem swapping," all returned items will be fully appraised to ensure quality prior to refund. In some cases we reserve the right to charge a small re-stocking fee.
